|Recommended: YesAffinity56 — We have lived here since November. The staff had been very helpful and friendly. We have not had any issues with noise or other residents. The property is generally clean. People should clean up after their pets. Parking can be an issue if you don't have a stall. You have to park way in the back parking lot. It can be a little bit away from your apartment. For the most part we enjoy living here and would recommend it to friends and family.

Espaciosos. la atención en la oficina excelente, también hablan español. Los recomiendo. Stefanny los atenderá súper bien. I have less than a week living here and I really feel happy. It is calm, quiet and organized. The apartments are modern and cute. Spacious. The attention in the office is excellent, they also speak Spanish. I recommend them. Stefanny will attend you super well.

|Recommended: YesOverall great — The main issue I have is having to pay for a mandatory media package every month that we don’t even need or use.
|Recommended: YesGreat, needs slight improvements — Overall a great experience. Mantenance staff is friendly and helpful. Parking for guests is usually very limited or non existant near my apartment, although there is enough spots over in the parking lot on the west side of the complex. Also, from time to time when I call the office during normal business hours, they are too busy to answer and you have to leave a message. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days for them to get back to you. Finally, I wanted to get an extra key fob for entry into the pool and BBQ areas, but I have been waiting over 2 months and still don't have it or heard when I will have it.

|Recommended: YesAffinity 56 — My downstairs neighbors are incredibly noisy, but you will have one of those almost everywhere you live. Maintenance and office staff have always been kind and punctual This is genuinely one of my most favorite places I have lived
